hehehehehe yeah this is a good lesson , am already stuck with a project because alot of missing resources :D:D
Looks like the Project Manager didnt do sufficient risk management planning!
Dear Managers,
I like the poster, but in reality most of the IT projects starts with very limited scope or Not completely defined. Then PM bombered or forced by stack-holders with a change in specification request.
